Meet Angela Johnson
PT, CLT, CWT, CCST
I am Angela Johnson, originally from Brazil, but have lived in Bowling Green, KY since 2006. I am a licensed physical therapist in the state of Kentucky with more than 20 years of experience. Through the years I have accumulated many certifications including CLT (Certified Lymphedema Therapist), CCST (Certified Cosmetic Surgery Therapist), CWT (Certified Wound Therapist), and others.
I often travel to Brazil to not only see family but to receive the best trainings on plastic surgery! I own Bella Recovery where I focus on offering 1:1 private sessions on pre and post-operative plastic surgery, lymphedema and lipedema care, and ortho rehabilitation. I see each patient and each case as a whole — I am a holistic therapist who treats the whole person: mind, body, and spirit.
I want to offer my patients the best experience possible after plastic surgery (or any surgery). This way, my patients can have less pain during the process, restore overall function, see beautiful results, and return to activities that matter to them as soon as possible.
Bella Recovery's mission is to bring awareness of the need for women (and men) to receive post-op care even after elective plastic surgery, offer 1:1 care, and bring the best rehab resources available to restore your health.
I am married to Tommy Johnson and have two wonderful children, Gabriela and Benjamin, and two dogs, Joey and Bella.
